Storm and Hail Damage Repairs
Strong winds can lift tiles and ridge caps, falling branches crack tiles, and hail can break brittle tiles across a whole roof slope. Damage isn't always visible from the ground, so leaks can appear days after a storm.
If water is coming in, call us and we'll prioritise the job. We replace broken tiles, re-secure ridge caps and flashings, and take photos of the damage that you can give to your insurer.
Leaf Litter and Gutters
Gum leaves, bark and seed pods collect quickly in valleys and gutters under trees.
When they block, water overflows into the eaves or under the tiles. Regular clearing, especially before winter and storm season, prevents most of these leaks.
What's Included in a Full Roof Restoration
A full restoration, starting from $1,650, brings a tired tile roof back to good condition without the cost of replacing it. We start with a high pressure clean to remove dirt, lichen and loose material, then replace broken tiles and rebed and repoint the ridge caps where needed.
Once the roof is sound, we apply Nutech Paint roof coatings to seal and protect the tiles. The result is a roof that sheds water properly again and looks freshly finished, backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty.
