How We Find and Fix Roof Leaks
A ceiling stain rarely sits directly under the cause. Water can run along battens, sarking or a valley before it drips through, so we trace the leak back from the inside mark to the point where water is getting in.
The usual culprits are cracked or slipped tiles, failed ridge pointing, rusted valley irons, lifted flashings and gaps around vents, skylights and solar brackets. Once we've found the source, we fix that cause rather than patching the symptom, and check the area around it for the next weak spot.
Roof Repairs for Landlords and Strata
Rental properties and strata buildings need repairs done quickly, with clear paperwork. We can arrange access with tenants, and we provide written quotes and photos of completed work for owners and property managers.
On strata buildings, we also look after box gutters, parapet flashings and shared roof areas, and give committees a written scope they can approve before work starts.
Storm and Hail Damage Repairs
Strong winds can lift tiles and ridge caps, falling branches crack tiles, and hail can break brittle tiles across a whole roof slope. Damage isn't always visible from the ground, so leaks can appear days after a storm.
If water is coming in, call us and we'll prioritise the job. We replace broken tiles, re-secure ridge caps and flashings, and take photos of the damage that you can give to your insurer.
