Signs Your Roof Is Ready for Restoration
Fading or patchy colour, lichen across large areas, tiles that stay dark long after rain and cracked pointing on most ridges all mean the surface has worn out.
At that stage, repairing one spot at a time costs more over the years than restoring the whole roof once. If the tiles and battens are still sound, restoration is usually the best-value option.
What Our Free Roof Inspection Covers
We check the tiles or sheets, ridge caps, valleys, flashings, penetrations and gutters, and look in the roof space where we can for signs of water entry.
You'll get photos of any problem areas, a plain-language explanation of what we found and a written quote. If the roof only needs a small repair, that's what we'll recommend.
Broken and Slipped Tile Replacement
One cracked or slipped tile is enough to let water into the roof space. Tiles break from foot traffic, falling branches, hail and age, and slipped tiles often follow a storm.
We replace broken tiles with matching ones where available, re-secure slipped tiles and check the surrounding area. It's one of our most common repairs, and roof repairs start from $300.
